Personalisation for Brand Activations, Corporate Events & Weddings

I bring my craft to your event to create memorable moments, meaningful keepsakes and a more engaging guest experience.

What I Can Create:

Names, messages, monograms, dates and illustrations, created through calligraphy, engraving and heat foiling.

• Calligraphy

Handwritten personalisation created using a range of tools, including pointed pens, markers and brush pens. Ideal for cards, envelopes, notebooks, tags, gifts, packaging and much more.

• Engraving

Created using a specialised engraving tool that is powerful yet quiet, making it ideal for live event settings. Gold or silver wax can be added for an elegant metallic detail. Perfume and fragrance bottles, beauty products, candles, wine and spirit bottles, glassware, mirrors, jewellery, hair clips and accessories, metal and wooden items.

• Heat Foiling

Hand-applied foil personalisation using a heated tool, available in gold or silver for a refined metallic finish. Ribbons, stationery, leather and faux leather goods, packaging and gifts.

For certain products or materials, I may request a sample in advance so I can test the technique and ensure the best possible result before the event.

More than a personalised product

Live personalisation gives guests a chance to be part of the experience. They can choose their wording or design, watch it being created by hand and leave with something made especially for them. Seeing their reaction when they receive a personalised gift is often one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.

Personalisation can also create a stronger connection between guests and the product or brand. A personalised piece feels more memorable and meaningful, while the live process naturally creates conversation, curiosity and interest around the product.

Working by hand also allows me to adapt each piece to the product, its shape and material, as well as to the individual guest. A name or monogram can become a short message, date or illustration, creating a result that feels genuinely personal.

Working With Me

I’ve worked on events for a range of luxury, beauty and retail brands, including Guerlain, Diptyque, Jo Malone London, Victoria Beckham Beauty and more, as well as private celebrations and corporate events. These projects have been delivered both independently and in collaboration with The Modern Calligraphy Co and other creative partners.

Based in Cheltenham, I’m available for events across the Cotswolds, London, the UK and beyond.

Every project is tailored to the event, brand and products involved. Before the event, we’ll talk through your ideas, products and timing so everything is planned and ready for the day. I aim to make the process straightforward, professional and enjoyable from start to finish.

Pricing

• Live Calligraphy — from £90/hour
• Heat Foiling — from £90/hour
• Live Engraving — from £95/hour

A 3-hour minimum booking applies. For smaller local events, shorter bookings may be considered depending on availability.

Each booking is tailored to your event, with bespoke quotes based on guest numbers, items and personalisation requirements.
